Fleximize Referral Scheme Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of clarity, we refer to the following descriptions;

A "successful referral" is a referral by a Fleximize Member where the recipient of the referral takes out a loan (of any amount and any term) with Fleximize.

For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions, Fleximize Services Limited and its group of companies will be referred hereinafter as Fleximize.

Terms & Conditions pursuant to the Referrer

  1. To be eligible for the Fleximize Refer-a-Friend Bonus, recipients must apply for funding with Fleximize via a valid referral link and draw down on a loan with a start date effective 28/01/2019.
  2. The Referrer may make an unlimited number of referrals within any given time period.
  3. To be eligible for a referral bonus, the recipient must apply using the Referrer’s unique link. If the application is completed without clicking the unique referral link, the referrer and recipient may not be eligible for a referral bonus payout.
  4. Payment of referral bonus is discretionary and may be refused.
  5. The Referrer may not use their own referral link to apply for funding themselves, or for their own business/es or businesses within their group of companies.
  6. The referral bonus will only be payable on the first application made by the recipient of your referral link. If their first application fails, and they make a second application, which is successful, you will not be eligible for the referral bonus.
  7. The referral bonus will only be payable on the first deposit - any subsequent funding the recipient takes with Fleximize or its associated companies will not be eligible for a referral bonus.
  8. The referral bonus will only be payable if the recipient is a new customer. If the recipient has previously taken funding with Fleximize, you will not eligible for a referral bonus.
  9. The referral bonus will only be paid after the first successful repayment of the recipient's loan with Fleximize.
  10. The referral bonus will be paid via bank transfer, and cannot be redeemed against repayment of any current or future loan.
  11. The referral bonus will not be factored into any affordability calculations should you be in the process of applying or wish to apply in the near future.
  12. In the event that the first loan repayment of the recipient is less than the value of the referral bonus, Fleximize reserves the right to withhold payment of the referral bonus, until a point where the recipient has repaid a total greater than the value of the referral bonus.
  13. The referrer agrees that Fleximize including its employees will not be held liable for any loss, damage or claim arising from running this scheme, and that the referrer is participating in this scheme at their own risk.
  14. The referral bonus will only be paid on successfully-funded loans of £10,000 or more. For privacy reasons, Fleximize will not disclose the progress of any loan application made by the recipient of a referral.

Terms & Conditions pursuant to the Recipient

  1. Any personal data collected for the purposes of assessing the recipients eligibility for a loan will be processed in accordance with Fleximize’s Privacy Policy.

General Terms & Conditions

  1. By participating in this referral scheme, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, and that the decision of Fleximize is final and binding in all matters relating to this referral scheme.
  2. Fleximize reserves the right to withdraw this scheme if it suspects fraudulent or immoral activity or any activity which might be seen to harm the image and/or reputation of Fleximize.
  3. Fleximize reserves the right to alter or change the reward and/or structure of the scheme at any time, without prior notice. Any decision made in this regard by Fleximize is final.
