Four months before you reach your state pension age, you’ll be sent a claim form. You can calculate when that is here. If you haven’t received a letter three months before your pension age, make sure you are actually entitled to a state pension. If you are, contact the International Pension Centre (IPC).
This can be done by email, by phone or by filling in an International State Pension claim form.

If you have worked in the UK and abroad, send an international claim form to the International Pension Centre (IPC). If you worked, lived or are still working abroad, you will have to get in touch with the relevant authority for that country.
It’s also possible for you to claim your pension abroad.
